Terms and Conditions:
- Registration Fee: A one-time registration fee of $24.99 per facility will apply upon enrollment.
- Required Documentation: Services marked with an asterisk (*) are subject to the facility providing all required documents and information within the specified timeframe.
- Annual Inspection: Annual inspections may be performed by an authorized testing vendor and may be conducted in conjunction with other required annual testing or compliance services.
- Personal Visit Coverage: Services marked with a caret (^) include personal visits for facilities with up to 3 tanks located within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis, Indiana. Facilities with more than 3 tanks will incur an additional $50.00 fee per tank, payable at the time of inspection.
- Additional Services: Any services, inspections, testing, repairs, or vendor services not specifically included in the selected plan may be subject to additional charges. Such charges will be communicated to the customer before the service is performed whenever reasonably possible.
- Pricing: All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to the applicable terms of the selected service plan.
- Third-Party Services: Where testing, inspection, repair, or other services are performed by third-party vendors, their availability, scheduling, and charges may be subject to the vendor's terms and pricing.
- Compliance Responsibility: TanksData provides compliance management, coordination, documentation, and support services. The facility owner/operator remains responsible for maintaining the facility in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
- Scheduling: Inspection and site-visit dates are subject to availability and may require reasonable advance notice.
- Plan Changes & Cancellation: Changes, upgrades, downgrades, or cancellation of a service plan may be subject to the applicable plan terms and any services already scheduled or performed.
